LPN Partners with Allies to Accelerate Detailed Inspections, Ensuring Ongoing Customer Safety in Response to Bangkok's Policies
L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited (LPN) is continuing its safety inspections, focusing on both structural integrity and various systems within buildings. Initial inspections have been conducted through Visual Inspection in collaboration with LPP Property Management Co., Ltd. (LPP) since March 28, 2025. The inspections revealed no damage affecting the main structure, with only minor cracks in decorative walls. Therefore, the buildings are deemed safe and strong for habitation. After the inspections were completed, the project management informed the co-owners that they could return to their units on the same day. Additionally, LPN has coordinated with a team of in-house engineers to work alongside 3 Pr Co., Ltd. to conduct thorough inspections of all projects and ensure they are fully repaired for residential use.

Plans for future operations include:
1. The engineering team will continue to inspect residential buildings (both sold-out projects and those currently for sale) and report the findings regularly.
2. A team of expert engineers from affiliated companies will conduct detailed inspections of all projects again and issue safety certificates from credible engineers.
3. The project management team will periodically update customers on the progress of the building inspections and coordinate repair requests within residential units via the Line app for each project.
Recently, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration has requested that building owners or occupants contact building inspectors to assess damage and evaluate safety, as well as repair methods, with results to be reported within two weeks. LPN will continue to conduct preliminary inspections in high-rise projects and those reported with damage that may impact habitation, and will expedite coordination with management to schedule building inspectors. It is anticipated that inspections will be completed within two weeks as stipulated by the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, and repairs will be carried out continuously. In addition to condominium projects, LPN has also conducted safety inspections across all completed construction projects, including horizontal projects, covering common areas, show houses, and houses under construction, as well as other condominium projects, including existing ones and those in other provinces.

LPN and LPP are committed to prioritizing safety in all residential projects to ensure that all customers can have confidence in our products and services. For customers needing assistance, please contact our Call Center at 02-689-6888.
